Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all our guests. Our staff receive ongoing training in grooming safety, handling, animal behaviour, first aid, and emergency protocols, and we uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facility.

Health Requirements

To protect the health of all pets in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, or a valid titre test certificate. Verification of current flea prevention treatment is also mandatory prior to attendance.

Daycare Safety

Our daycare environment is cage-free, offering indoor and outdoor play areas designed to promote natural behaviour, social interaction, and freedom of movement. Each playroom is staffed at all times by experienced and trained dog handlers who ensure safe interactions and provide ongoing supervision. Playgroups are organized by temperament and play style, and all areas are climate-controlled to promote comfort and prevent overcrowding or conflict.

Grooming Safety

We prioritize your pet’s comfort and well-being during every grooming session. Using gentle, low-stress handling techniques, our grooming services are tailored to each dog’s individual needs. Breaks are provided as needed to ensure a calm, positive experience. Our grooming salon is entirely cage- and crate-free to help reduce anxiety, with a quiet, supervised rest area available for pets who require downtime. All grooming tools, tables, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each session, with complete salon sanitization performed daily.

Emergency Protocol

All pets in our care are closely monitored by trained staff who are alert to signs of stress, illness, or injury. Should veterinary attention be required, your pet will be promptly transported to our trusted partner veterinary clinic or the nearest available veterinarian.
