New Clients can register online through the Online Portal by clicking on the Online Portal Link below or by downloading the Gingr for Pet Parents app.

Please note that all grooming services must be booked via phone call, email, text, or in person. No grooming services can be booked via the Online Portal or app.

You can use the Online Portal to book daycare days, upload vaccination info, see past invoices, and more! The creation of an online profile is mandatory for all services.

You can now download Gingr for Pet Parents app and access of your account right from your phone!  The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.  First time users will be asked to enter an Invite Code.
